Privacy & website information

Clear about what is collected and why.

This notice explains how ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. handles personal information connected with the standalone corporate.hr website and its direct enquiry route.

Responsibility and scope

Who is responsible for this website.

ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd., company registration number C 116610, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Registered office: The Brokerage, Level 0A, Triq Santa Marta, Rabat, Għawdex, VCT 2551, Malta.

Contact: leadership@thinkpeople.eu · +356 9955 2050.

This notice applies to visits to corporate.hr and enquiries made through the direct contact details published on this website. It does not replace or amend the privacy information for another website. A third-party website reached through a link has its own privacy information.

This website and enquiry notice does not replace the participant information and consent arrangements required for a separately governed research, survey, listening, Index or trend exercise. Participants in such an exercise must receive its project-specific notice before their information is collected.

Information provided directly

Only what is needed to understand and respond.

You may contact ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. about Corporate.HR by email or telephone. The information received depends on what you choose to provide.

01

Corporate.HR enquiries

Corporate.HR currently accepts enquiries by email or telephone. Its dedicated online form is not active.

02

Information you provide

If you write or telephone, the information you choose to provide and the resulting correspondence may be used to understand and respond to your request.

03

Technical requests

The website hosting and security service may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information and security events.

04

No enquiry database

This website does not submit an online form and does not create a separate Corporate.HR enquiry database. Direct correspondence is handled through the receiving email or telephone service.

Required and optional information: you are not under a statutory or contractual obligation to make an enquiry. If you do, enough contact information is needed for ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. to respond.
Please do not submit legally privileged, medical or highly sensitive personal or organisational information through any initial enquiry route, including a form, email or telephone call. If you are enquiring for another leader or through an organisation-sponsored route, do not identify that person or provide information about them initially. Participation, authority and any later exchange of personal information should first be discussed. If sensitive information becomes relevant, an appropriate and secure route should be agreed. Corporate.HR is not counselling, therapy or clinical care.

Purpose and legal basis

Used to respond, route and protect.

  • 01To review and respond to an enquiry.
  • 02To clarify the question, assess fit and route it to an appropriate ThinkPeople Nexus or Corporate.HR setting.
  • 03To arrange a first conversation and administer any requested follow-up.
  • 04To keep the websites and enquiry routes secure and operational.
  • 05To maintain records that are reasonably necessary for the enquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable legal or administrative obligations.

ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. relies on its legitimate interests to make Corporate.HR available, keep the website secure and respond proportionately to self-directed professional enquiries. Those uses are limited by the small amount of information needed, the absence of an online form or behavioural tracking, the professional context in which contact is invited and your right to object. Where you ask ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. to take steps towards an engagement, processing may also be necessary to take those steps at your request. Information may be processed where a legal obligation applies. Enquiry information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising, automated decisions or profiling.

Access, delivery and sharing

Limited to what the response requires.

Access follows responsibility. An initial enquiry does not create permission for wider internal circulation.

01

People responsible for the enquiry

Direct correspondence is made available only to the person responsible for its initial handling and, where needed, the person assigned to respond or administer agreed follow-up.

02

Service providers

The providers used to host and protect this website and to operate the receiving email or telephone service may process information only to provide those services.

03

Further participation

If another person or specialist may need to participate, that involvement and the relevant privacy, sponsorship and reporting boundaries are made clear before substantive work begins.

04

Required disclosure

Information may be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Hosting: Corporate.HR is hosted and protected through Cloudflare. Website requests may be processed through Cloudflare's global network. Information about Cloudflare's processing and transfer safeguards is available in the Cloudflare Customer DPA . You may request further information about the safeguards applicable to this website at leadership@thinkpeople.eu.
Corporate.HR online form: the dedicated form is not active. This notice will be reviewed before a form is connected, including its fields, provider, access, retention and any international-transfer arrangements.
Information about another person: please do not provide it in an initial enquiry. If identifiable information is nevertheless received indirectly, ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. will first decide whether it has a lawful and necessary reason to retain or use it. If not, it will be deleted without acting on it. If it is retained for contact or further use, the person concerned will be given the applicable privacy information within the period required by law and, where relevant, before first contact or disclosure, unless a lawful exception applies.

Retention and deletion

Kept only while there is a responsible reason.

An enquiry that is expressly declined is closed on the date that decision is recorded. If there is no further substantive exchange or progress, the enquiry is treated as closed 90 days after the last substantive contact. A closed enquiry that does not become an engagement is deleted or anonymised 12 months after closure.

If an engagement begins, information that remains relevant becomes part of the separately governed engagement record and is handled under the boundaries agreed for that work. Redundant initial-enquiry copies are removed when they are no longer needed for the enquiry or resulting relationship.

There is no routine extended retention period for possible complaints or claims arising from an enquiry. If a specific complaint, legal obligation or legal hold arises, normal deletion may be paused only for the affected information and only while that documented need continues.

Corporate.HR does not create a separate enquiry database or keep a separate downloaded copy of routine website request logs. Direct email and working copies follow the enquiry schedule above. If a technical or security event requires investigation, the information needed for that investigation is retained until the investigation and necessary follow-up are complete, then deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer. The hosting provider's own service-level records are governed by its applicable data-processing terms.

Your rights

You can ask what is held and how it is used.

Subject to the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask for access to personal information about you, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing or data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To make a request, contact leadership@thinkpeople.eu. Only information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant record, confirm identity and protect personal information from improper disclosure will be requested.

You may also lodge a complaint with Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner .

Website operation and changes

No advertising, tracking or online form.

The published Corporate.HR files contain no advertising or behavioural-analytics scripts, set no non-essential cookies and provide no online enquiry submission. Hosting and security services still process the technical requests needed to deliver and protect the website. If non-essential analytics or cookies, a connected form or materially different processing is introduced, this notice will be reviewed and updated before that change is activated.

This notice is reviewed when the domains, forms, providers, purposes or processing arrangements change.
